Method R, the first cosmetic routine with a published efficacy study.

The renowned scientific journal Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology has published a study that analyzes the effectiveness of the cosmetic routine created by Method R.

The study, entitled “ Method R: Efficacy of a cosmetic routine composed of six topical products encapsulated in lipids ” has been carried out with 160 volunteers, men and women , aged between 30 and 80 years, whose follow-up has been carried out since International Dermatological Clinic by doctors Pedro Rodríguez and Ricardo Ruiz and biotechnologists Rebeca Alonso and Daniel Pando.

Among the conclusions obtained, the following stand out: 75% of those surveyed considered an improvement in the overall quality of the skin, 66% in pigmentation, 79.5% in luminosity and 83% reported an improvement in skin hydration. your skin.
